Instructions for Admission to Class I for the Year 2013 - 14
Admission list will be displayed on 18-03-2013 and admission process will also start from
18-03-2013 to 25-03-20123 between 09.00 to 12.00 Noon.
Parents are requested to bring the following original documents for verification at the time of admission.
- Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates
- Proof of residence
- Affidavit of single girl child status , BPL card issued by state Govt , Socially and educationally backward certificate if applicable.
- Parents are to bring the candidate along with them at the time of admission.
- Fees is to be deposited at State Bank of India Wadsar branch through a crossed Cheque in the name of Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Wadsar.
- Medical Report stating the blood Group of the child.
- A Service Certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 07 years duly signed and stamped by the head of office bearing the name, designation and other relevant particulars in block letters.
- A self declaration about the distance of their residence from the vidyalaya
